How do I make a reservation?
Reservations are highly recommended and can be made through our website or directly on OpenTable. For groups larger than 9, please contact our reservations team directly at Partnership@estellapp.com.
When do you add an automatic gratuity?
We automatically add gratuity in the following scenarios:
- Parties of 6 or more (whether seated in our main dining area or the bar)
- Bar seating from Thursday to Sunday, regardless of party size
- After 10:00 PM on nights featuring entertainment
A 20% gratuity will be added to your check in these situations. This policy helps us ensure consistent service quality and fair compensation for our staff. If you have any questions or special requests, please let our team know in advance.
Is there a dress code?
We mandate a smart casual dress code. Please avoid athletic wear, beachwear, and overly casual attire.
Do you require a deposit for large parties?
Yes. We require a deposit for large groups to secure your reservation. For parties of 10-14, a $50.00 non refundable deposit is needed. For groups of 15-19, the deposit is $100.00. For parties exceeding 20 guests, please contact Partnership@estellapp.com. While we do not accommodate standard dining reservations for groups over 20, our event coordinator will happily discuss private dining options with you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request that cancellations or changes to your reservation be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee per person. Please note that all deposits made for large parties are non-refundable.
Do you offer offsite catering?
Yes, we provide offsite catering services. Whether it's a corporate event, private party, or special occasion, we can bring our signature dishes to your location. Please contact our catering team for more details at Partnership@estellapp.com.
What time should I arrive if I have a show or game to catch?
To ensure you have a relaxed dining experience and plenty of time to get to your show, concert, or game, we recommend arriving at least two hours before it begins. Given our proximity to nearby venues, the restaurant can get especially busy during peak hours. Allowing this extra time will help you enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. For added convenience, you can also call us ahead of your reservation to check on current wait times and kitchen pace so we can better accommodate your schedule and help create a seamless dining and entertainment experience.
Do you host nightlife events?
Yes, we host various nightlife events featuring live music and DJs. Check our social media for the latest schedule and any special entry requirements.
Do you have age restrictions?
Yes, our venue is 21+ after 9 PM. Guests under 21 must be seated by 8 PM and leave by 10 PM. Please ensure all party members meet the age requirement for late-night events.
Are your late-night events free, or is there a cover charge?
Our late-night events may have a cover charge, which varies depending on the promoter. Please check our Instagram page. However, if you have made a dining reservation at least 24 hours before the event, you will not be required to pay this cover charge.
What parking options are available?
Guests are welcome to park in Lot 23, which is available every day during all of our operating hours, including event days. This ensures you’ll always have a convenient place to park when dining with us.
Is your restaurant accessible?
Our main dining floor is accessible to people with disabilities and includes an accessible bathroom.
Is there a coat check?
No, we do not offer a coat check service. Please keep your belongings with you.
Can I bring a cake?
Yes, we welcome cakes for special celebrations. If you'd like our team to store, cut, and serve your cake, we apply a $3.00 per person cake service fee for parties of 10 or more, and $10.00 for parties of 9 or fewer. This helps cover the time and care our staff takes to properly store your cake, prepare fresh plates and cutlery, and provide table-side service.
